Gravitas Pocket Aluminum Bronze

The Gravitas Pocket series stands out as a top choice within the Gravitas collection, offering a compact and robust pen designed for those who are constantly on the move. 

Machined entirely (cap/section/barrel) from a solid bar of Aluminium-Bronze alloy a special material, highly ductile, highly termo conductive used primarily energy equipment, aeronautica and nautical industries for valves, high strength bushings, gears, cams, propeller blades and shafts - its color leans more to gold. The exposed alloy has a sleek finish, due to the nature of the material this pen may arrive to have some more or less patina showing (this is not a valid condition aspect for a call on warranty or considering it used - its a reversible process that you can address by polishing this pen with a jewellers cloth and maintain it shiny)

The Pocket’s cap, equipped with triple-start threads, smoothly unscrews in just 1.5 turns, with one side machined flat to act as a practical roll stop. When posted*, the Pocket transforms into a full-sized writing instrument for comfortable use.
*this pen is posting metal on metal in time developing marks related to this process - it is not a flaw, this writing instrument is designed as a functional utility tool with the purpose of use aesthetics coming a close second. 

The section is made from Aluminum-Bronze alloy. Enhanced by micro-machined grooves, it provides a secure and comfortable hold during writing.

The fountain pen is fitted with a size 6 steel nib and ABS plastic feeder, compatible* with Jowo No. 6 threads.
